Name psycho derives from the term psychopath which today connotes characters such as axe murders with eccentric clothing,i.e characters such as Jason vorhee's or freddy kruger, today's audiences would assume that the genre of this film would be horror and would contain a character similar to horror film villian such as Jason vorhees, however expect said character to be a more tame version of the character due to the age of the film and society's views on violonce in film in the past.
Typography
In the last frame the text psycho is broken up by a line pattern, links with the theme of psychopathy as it connotes a broken mind with its broken and distorted structure. The text is written in a sans serif font backed with a completely black background, which convey's a cold dark feeling to the viewer
